Septoplasty is a surgery to straighten a deviated septum. This is a closed method performed inside the nose. the bone and cartilage dividing the space between your two nostrils (septum). The septum is made of cartilage and bone and is about 7 centimetres long (2.5 to 3 inches) in adults.

Septorhinoplasty, also called nose job, is an open surgical method to fix both your nose appearance and your nasal septum to improve taking breathe through your nose.
